Refund policy

At SM Luxury, every piece is crafted for life's most meaningful moments. We want you to love your purchase completely.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

To initiate a return, please email us at hello.sm@smluxury.store with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24-48 hours.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Custom or personalised pieces
- Items showing signs of wear or damage
- Sale items marked as final sale

EXCHANGES
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or style subject to availability. Please contact us at hello.sm@smluxury.store.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve it immediately.
